naza, motors, battery, or esc's? no lift

hi everyone, im new to the forum.

I've just started having a issue with my dji f450/naza m lite ( no gps)

it recently started: i would start her up and she would lift off the floor at almost full throttle but just hover 3 or 4 inches of the floor and the led indicator would flash red rapidly like if the battery was low but it was fully charged. i took it to my local hobby shop and they said the battery was fine soo it could be a " software issue" I've tried going through the flight control software on my pc but nothing wrong...... its really frustrating that i can't use my baby

UPDATE: i got it back from my local rc shop and was told it was my software settings and paid of course, ( no more blinking red led light) so i expected longer flight time but to my surprise i still got around 4 minutes and i also noticed my motors heated up now, well more than what they would but not hot just warmer or can it be the lipo charger i use? green light when it is " fully" charged but could it be that its not fully charging it? im just trying to really understand how this is possible.....

my setup as follows :
dji f450 frame
dji e300 2122/920kv propulsion
tarot 2axis gimbal
hyperion 3s 5000 mah 25c 11.1v lipo
spektrum dx5e transmitter
spektrum AR400 receiver
9 4x4.3 carbon fiber props
and finally some dji legs

what are you using to signal the end of the flight? low voltage? time?

I would strongly suspect the battery. How are you charging it,do you have more than 1?

i do have a 3300 mah lipo which last a little longer than what the 5000 does now, i have charger/balancer and a green led would indicate full charge on the lipos, charge time would be 2hrs on the 5000

the led warning on the naza flight control? yhaaa it doesn't indicate low voltage it just doesn't want to get lift but the led doesn't flash red

Do you have any method of checking your batteries? I would recommend that you use a smart charger such as a B6 - http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/...AC_Charger_Discharger_1_6_Cells_GENUINE_.html
Without such a tool you have no reliable indication of the state of your battery. A means of checking your cell voltage is essential. At the very least get one of these - http://www.hobbyking.com/store/__26...Battery_Cell_Display_and_Balancer_2S_6S_.html
The fact that components are warmer than usual may indicate lower voltages.
It is worth downloading Naza Lite Assistant - http://www.dji.com/product/naza-m-lite/download and connecting to your F450. I would be concerned that the voltage cutoff may have been lowered too much. I would recommend 10v as an absolute minimum. I use 10.5v.
How old are your 2 batteries and how many cycles? Are they swelling?

I have a F450 with a very similar set up. I fly with 3000mah batteries but also have a couple of 5000mah batteries. The flight time with either battery is around 10 minutes (the extra weight of the 5000s mitigate any capacity advantage).
