Servo for retractable gear

I have a bad left servo on my S1000..of course cant find a DJI replacement...I tried a couple different ones I had such as the Futaba BLS 451 brushless..weird thing is it works on the bench but doesnt when flying...only goes maybe 1/3 up. I was wondering if anyone knew the specs of the servo...theres no brand name on it but it has to be available somewhere else/under a different brand name etc...Totally open for suggestions..thanks in advance.

Oh yea..they ignored my emails..so I called them and was asked to call back because of heavy demand...finally got through (caller #19 in the queue) and they took down my information...nothing sense, thusd my sending out a mayday
