Zenmuse Z15 upgrade error

Hello. I bought i used DJI S800 with Zenmuse Z15. The Zenmuse never worked from day one. I've tried everything. When you put power to the Zenmuse it twitched for a sec. No initialization or light. Before i pull my last hair out i wanted to see if anyone know what to do when you get this error message when trying to load or update firmware. "Read device information timeout! Here's what i get on the info page.

Hmmm, I'd go over the connections carefully. Might just be a loose wire somewhere. Check all the connections are the right way round and check the little plugs here and there seem in a good condition.

Where/who did you buy it from? Have you asked them about it?
