I am building a new hexacopter with the Xaircraft SuperX and I have been having some issues which don't pertain to the SuperX. Never the less I contacted Xaircraft tech support via email and they are very supportive and responsive. Unlike DJI who you would be lucky to response in 2 or 3 days, Xaircraft responses within an hour and sometimes within 10 minutes. Very impress and now future Xaircraft customer. No more DJI for me.
