Wookong m with Graupner MX20

Hello to everybody!

For my second drone i want to use wookong m with my graupner mx 20.
Is it right that i have to handle the connection between wookong-MC and receiver in normal mode(not ppm)? And do i have to connect all the 4 channels (gier, roll, nick, gas) or is there a better way?

To power the motors i'am using 40A Mystery ESC with Simon K firmware. The ESC programmer-manual says, that i should learn the ESC's with a Servoway from 1000-2000ns.
Do i have to do this also for the wookong or just if i use the ESC's with multiwii?

If yes: I have no idea where i could see this numbers?! Is there a feature in the Hott Software?

Can bus, S,Bus, D.Bus is exclusive to Futaba so unless your RC transmitter and Receiver supports ppm, you will need to connect one servo cable to each of the four channels.

My receiver supports ppm, so i can connect it just per one wire... thats fine! ;)
Remains the question regarding the servoway....
