Is that the PayPal fee? What version firmware does it come with?

That is up to you, right now I believe it is 5,16 or 5,18.

But I can put the one on that you like, if it Is the ones before the 5,20 you need.

When you download the wkm assistent v1,36 you will get the 5,20 firmware.
