Wiring Devo 10 transmitter to radian stabilizers

I've been trying to figure out whether the devo 10 can be wired to radian stablilizers using spektrum, ppm, or s.bus with little success. Wired in this way, the stabilizers are daisy chained to one another. The radio manual states that its (DSSS) Direct Sequence Spread Spectrum, but very little information is given about this or about how the channels work. There are settings in the radio for each channel to "inhibit", "active", or "govenor". The manual doesn't state what "govenor" is. Am I doomed to wire up the radians using pwm (thus using more wire and making it more cluttered)? If anyone has any advice on this it would be greatly appreciated.
