Which way to go - GoPro w/hh stabilizer or just get a camcorder

I'm getting requests from realtors to do complete jobs - inside as well as out. Already have a P2 with Zenmuse H3-3D and GoPro Black for aerial work. Wondering what would be the better approach to the inside work:

• Get a handheld stabilizing gimbal and use my GoPro (would likely need to buy a backpack LCD viewer for it) - or
• Just get a decent small camcorder for inside work and ground-level outside work.

Thoughts?

Why not spin the props off the p2, power it up and walk around with it ?

Not a bad idea, except you cannot frame the shots this way. Inside a home, that is critical. Sure would save some dough, though!
