Wanted Wanted custom quadcopter

Hi,

I'm new to the quadcopter environment, but I find myself in need of a quadcopter, and rather than assembling one myself I would like to know if anyone can build me one. The reason for this, is I've looked at the models in the shops and I've found them lacking, mainly in battery life, or being too big.

Basically I would like to know if what I'm looking for is possible, and if yes, how fast can someone build me one

Specifically I need,

25+mins flight time
720p camera on board that transmits in real time
less than 25cm edge of rotor to edge of rotor size

Why wouldn't you build it yourself?

It's not easy to get into quadcopters, I'm sure the things that I want would require 100 hours of study and/or building. At least that's the impression I got when I started researching in this area. On top of that I can't even use a soldering iron. It makes a lot more sense for me to buy it from someone who already has the know-how.

Im new to this hobby. I built my f550 myself and learnt how to setup everything. If u make something urself u know how to fix .
