Urgent need of Gh2 hot shoe mount for zenmuse

Anyone have one of the hot shoe mounts for the gh2 zenmuse or know a US seller who has them? Its the little piece of plastic that goes into the hot shoe to connect the gh2 to the zenmuse. Can't find one anywhere in the US
and desperately need on fast. looks like this,
