XAircraft The ordinal 254 could not be located..

Have any of you run across this error message while installing the XAircraft software? I'm using windows XP, clicking on "Install .NET Framework" and it looks like the program loads but then this pops up..."The ordinal 254 could not be located in the dynamic link library msi.dll"
