since all my search efforts regarding the Tarot 2D gimbal lead to this forum I´ve quickly joined in ...
First of all there seems to be no detailed explanation of what the 4 gain settings really do to the gimbal. I have a F550 with this gimbal and control Roll and Tilt with my MX20. What I´m trying to achive is some sort of delay in the gimbals Roll angle reaction in a way that it smoothes out when the copter is making a turn.
But no matter what I set those gain values to I only get tremors.
If the software would not crash every couple of minutes and the need for a complete restart of my Win7 laptop I´d be more happy to experiment.
I´m on 1.5 firmware for both the board and the motors by the way.
Any suggestions?
