Taranis telemetry module?

I own a Taranis plus transmitter but have never purchased the telemetry module. Can someone explain to me the advantages of the telemetry module? Thanks in advance.

Which one are you talking about? They make several. The best ones for me are the current sensors. Good to know where your battery is at.
