Simonk flashed

Can someone explain what is the the "simonk flashed" my vague understanding from reading some posts that its some kind of re-fashing firmware for ESC to perform on multirotors ???

But in short, you're right. Its a reflashed firmware that make the ESCs perform much better than stock firmware in multirotors.

In a nutshell, it makes the esc/motor react quicker and more accurately to the signal from the FC...

Pulso have some very well made ESC's but the firmware is totally lame for MR's. Different story with the SimoK rework.
Out of the box my favorite is the 50A from Suppomotor. It can even drive those tricky 3506 T-Motors.

Simon says, these are good esc's for flashing... external oscillator, nfet's that are more efficient..
