All,
I'm designing and building my own heavy lift hex with a wheelbase of about 950mm. I'm looking for your recommendations on some good quality retractible landing gear that will fit 25mm OD tubes. The number 2 and 5 arms are at the 3 and 9 o'clock position; ideally I'd simply clamp the landing gear directly under these arms. The ability to replace the leg portion with longer/shorter CF tubes would be nice but is not critical.
I've seen some stuff from Tarot and on goodluckbuy.com but I have no experience with any of it. Can any of you suggest a landing gear setup that might work for my purposes?
