prop breaking in flight

i have a aee ap11. it has been a pretty reliable drone, However about 6 minutes into its last flight a prop blade broke off sending the drone into a spining dive. lucky a tree broke the landing and drone is repairable. upon 1st blade breaking could here the ticking of plastic as if prop was hitting guard. video shows the other blade came off within a second of 1st as did guard.they did not hit anything. Are props prone to fatigue and breaking during flight ? Drone has never been crashed before or no visable damage of any kind. Should props be replaced ever so often? Drone had about 20 flights on it with roughly 300 minutes of flight time. comments appreciated.

it always good to do a check of them once a month or after crashs it might of had a small crack in it not seen by eye then got weak. it doesnt happen often dont worry
