Please Help, DJI Wookong M, F550 Frame, AR7000, DSX9, now i can not connect to my PC

Dear my friends,

Any idea why i can not connect my WKM to my laptop anymore ?, the light always red, and most of the software are disabled, and i think the WKM can not connect to the PC.
