Hello - I'm new to this forum but I've been involved in R/C in many different forms since 1977. Recently I've gotten into multi-rotor and I've started out with a couple of tricopters based on David Windestal's design. I'm now ready to step up to more of a "semi-pro" model primarily for AP and FPV.
After much internal debate I've decided to design/build my own, primarily because machining is another one of my hobbies and I have access to a fairly well-stocked garage. So I'm sure I'll be asking many questions and I'll thank everyone in advance for your help and patience. I've already been very impressed with the many posts I've read so far.
