naza seems to be hunting for level when in hover

got my qav500 up and flying and it tracks smooth and flies great. when it is in a hover in atti the naza keeps hunting for level as in it keeps kicking the nose up then down, then up every few seconds. it is as if it is always seeking level. this does not happen on my other naza builds. basic gains are at 125 and atti at 90

it does not do this in manual

any suggestions on why it is doing this?
