Welcome to MultiRotorForums.com!!
anthony,

welcome to the forums. you've landed in the right place to help get things sorted out. where are you located? i'm not familiar with ark.com.au, you bought everything through them?

that raptor 50 is probably going to be a lot of fun. take it slow, don't go too high or too far from where you're standing too soon while you try to get the hang of it. same with the multi-rotor stuff, stay close with it and don't go too high, it's very easy to lose track of which end goes where.

good luck with it.
