Motors get twitchy when using carbon props

Hi guys
Just bought my quad 4 new Sunnysky 2814 800kv motors. When I did some flight tests, I realize the followings:

1147 carbon props:
gone crazy, machine went up with minimal thrust increment, almost uncontrollable vertical movement, impossible to hover. When testing static thrust the motors vibrates heavily

1047 carbon:
Similar, less vibration but still very difficult to hover

1047 Apc slo flight:
Somewhat stable. However the quad hovers and flies with random twitching/pulsing on the motors which is not good for AP ops.

XA650 body. All props are balanced, with motors calibrated. Tests done with no load.

Appreciates if someone and tell me what's going on. Or I am simply having a too powerful setup?

Depends what batteries you are using. Your motors are running on 800 rpm per Volt applied. So with a 3S LiPo you would get: 3,7V x 3 x 800 = 8880 rpm, with a 5S LiPo you get: 3,7V x 5 x 800 = 14800 rpm...that's a huge difference. Either try a LiPo with 1S less than you have at the moment, or try smaller props.
A simple test I would do is to add (securely) some weight and see if that increases your stability...if yes, then try a smaller LiPo or smaller blades. Also check your gain settings...they might be to "sharp".

Your problem is your Xairsucks frame Bro. Plastic Motor mount (near carbon tube end) are twitchy not good for big motor+big propeler. Another problem is your center frame is not rigid. For start in multi rotor is OK. Its not recomended for an upgrade.
