Landing gear mounting questions! Help!

I recently purchased neewer anti vibration landing gear. I have built the landing gear but can't figure out what the best way to mount it to my F550. I looked all over the place and frankly a little embarrassed asking..

Also.. I've heard of people adding sobrathane in between their landing gear and or their gimbals to take some dampening out.. How is that mounted?

Mr take no prisoners!
Those type legs can just bolt underneath your frame, same as I had on my DJI550.
