Welcome to MultiRotorForums.com!!
Happy Birthday to us! We celebrated FIVE years as the world's leading online community to discuss all brands of multi-rotor helicopters during which we've helped thousands and thousands of users to learn and succeed! All while being friendly and respectful of each other.....this is an accomplishment you should all be proud of!!
Welcome to our new members in January!
So far in January just under 300 new members have joined us at MultiRotorForums.com. We're different from other forums sites, we welcome questions from our new members even if they've been asked before. Like all new technology, things change rapidly making it good to bring things up repeatedly so new information and new perspectives can be discussed. If you're not sure where to put a new thread, put it in the Beginners' Lounge and we'll move it if we need to. Also, if you haven't introduced yourself yet please take a minute to do so in our New Member Introductions sub-forum. Make us laugh and we'll be forever grateful!

"Drone" Radio Live, January 27th, SPECIAL GUESTS!
We're very happy to announce that our special guests for the January 27thshow will be Prof. F. Javier Diez and a few of his students from Rutgers University. You may have already seen the video they've posted to Youtube (yes, those are bubbles in the screen shot!);
They're bringing a prototype of their NAVIATOR amphibious vehicle to the studio and we'll be discussing it with them LIVE in our studio!
Also in this episode, sponsored by ProDrenalin.com, we'll be introducing a new feature covering the essentials of aerial video production that you'll need to know to "get the shot"!
Last Call for Group Build 2016, FPV Quadcopter!!
What's a "Group Build"? It's a project where we all build basically the same thing while going through the steps at about the same time while asking questions and sharing progress all in one thread. We did this for the first time in 2014 (almost 105,000 thread views!) and many people followed along to successfully build and fly their first quads. For 2016 we're building a basic FPV quad and we'll consider the components overview from the upcoming "Drone" Radio Live episode as our official launch! It isn't too late to join in and even if you do miss the launch, feel free to follow along once we're underway!
