Is it safe to unplug ESC servo connections?

I want to run one motor at a time on my quad to see which one of the motors is giving me vibrations... is it safe to unplug ESC wires while power is connected to them? I am using a 4 in 1 ESC so you can see my predicament....

Cool, thanks! To be clear, the power will be going into the ESCs while the servo (or signal) wire is unplugged from my flight controller. This seems to make sense as the ESC MOS-FETs would not be turned on to draw current, therefore nothing should blow..

Just a quick FYI, you can indeed unplug the ESC servo connections without a problem!
