MultiWii / NAZE / SP Racing F3 Help with Multiwii GUI Ver 2.1

I had the good fortune for a friend to get me up and running with the Multiwii board and it leaves all the other boards I've tried for dead!!! I am starting to get a bit more adventurous and have been changing some of the settings in GUI 2.1 but there are a lot of settings and check boxes I don't really understand what they do.

Does anyone know where I might be able to find some more detailed info??

Thanks,

Lance

This site has a ton of info. It is where I learned a lot from. Also, PIDS are important. P is sensitivity to motion. I is like your heading hold. D, well.... No one really knows about D. It is more so the smoothness of the response. The other checkboxes are what would be used to set when your Altitiue hole, Heading Hold, Stable mode, and GPS would be on. When you check them, that says what stick pos. would turn them on.

Might also check this out too. Berkley has a lot of good info in it. http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1348268

Keep us updated on your tinkering!

Hey Nathan, Thanks for the reply. A lot has happened since I posted this thread and I am pleased to say I have been flying with the MW board and it has been the best by a long way.

Regards,
