I have run out of ideas for this Hexacopter I am building, using DJI Wookong m have gone through the assistant software established everything is working had an issue with ESC incompatability but fixed that with new ESCs can test each motor from the assistant software radio throws set up everything ok according to assistant software and the LED Light on the machine. The only thing I can not get to work is to start the motors with the radio hence I have not flown the bird yet. I have tried all stick combinations as described in the book but nothing. Radio is a Futaba 14SG bought specifically for use with the Hexacopter using the Sbus 2 port on a 7008SB receiver. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong at all. Thanks in advance Phil

Double check that your channels are all going in the correct direction. A reversed throttle or elevator will cause what you describe.

Follow the instruction in this video to calibrate your ESC's just connected to channel 3 of your receiver not Wookong and when they are calibrated hook everything back up to the Wookong. I have a 14Sg as well and have been going through some building pains like you are.

+1 on ESC calibration. If this is not done correctly then you can end up without the motors starting until the throttle stick is nearly half way up!

Had the same issue few weeks back, ESC calibration. Infact I had to program each ESC individually then throttle range calibration. All working for now !
