Hello!

My name is Cory, and I've been out of the R/C world for many years and am just starting to creep back in. I have always had an obsession with all things radio-controlled, and worked at a HobbyTown in Tampa for many years back in college. Now that I'm married and always searching for the next passion to chase, I figured I might as well get back into one of my favorite things.

I wanted to start with Heli's a while back, but now that I've discovered how well multi-rotors mix with my other passion, photography, I've totally switched directions, with my eyes on that slick DJI WK-M system in the future (or whatever better thing comes along)... For now, I'd like to get my feet wet with a 330x or something similar (unless y'all point me otherwise.) I flew multiple demos with heli's and planes back at the store, so I'm confident in my skills - just not so confident in my wallet at the moment.

Looking forward to chatting with everyone, and thanks in advance for the answers to questions I'll surely have soon! :tennis:

Hey Cory,
My name is Mark McKee and I am a creative director for a company called Lenco Marine. I have a background in photography, video and animation. Our company is currently in the process of doing a company factory tour video among other product videos. The videos would consist of animation and video.

So now I will cut to the chase... I would really like to get some footage out on the water. I have a Canon T2i and a gopro but do not have a multi-rotor. I have always been interested in multi-rotor video in hopes of achieving some really interesting video sequences. I thought I would start looking for someone in a forum that had some experience flying a multi-rotor and that would be interested in working with me on some upcoming projects. I don't have the budget to hire a full-blown video production company but I do have a budget to work with an individual. After reading your post it seems you have a passion for multi-rotors and a goal of working on projects like this in the future. So if you have access to a multi-rotor and are interested in getting paid for some great footage for your demo reel please contact me.

Mark,

We'll be in Miami October 21st through November 5th. We have a number of various commitments but may have a window. On the Multi-rotor front we're only bringing our Discovery Pro (GoProBlack) but lets chat as we also have another very new product we're developing and we'd love to do a Factory Tour for same. May be a win/win for both of us. You can see our commercial photography site at www.sequinminer.com or email us at photos@sequinminer.com

All the best!

Steven
