Hello all,
I'm completely new to this world. I'm not new to obsessive hobbies that drive my wife crazy and that consume my time and money. Such as marksman competitions, firearms, flashlights, motorcycles, audio, video, drums and anything else I am obsessed with for the moment.
I have no clue what I'm looking for really. I've owned a few of the micro quad rotor cheapos and loved them. The acrobatic nature of those things really impressed me.
I think building a 250 racer is appealing to me, but my first desire is to build a fpv platform that would be good for flying downrange to assess targets out to .75 miles from my shooting position. I think I'll post for some help on this in the beginners section.
