Hi guys, I found the forum and I'm very glad that I registered. I've been flying RC Helis since 2008, I own 700, 500 Nitros and Electrics, but my new desire is to build a nice multirotor for GoPro picture and film taking. I'm attracted to DJI products, and a complete kit is what I'm looking for. Building and setting up shouldn't be a problem since I have previous experience...:highly_amused: I would appreciate any advise.

It's great to be here.

Cheers:)

Aye Up matey. Welcome to MRF. I am sure you will find a wealth of info on here no matter what you are looking for about MR's. I love my little f450 well I have two, one for back packing with a hard mounted GP and one with a ZM gimbal. To be honest I love the hard mounted one coz it is so easy and for packing and quick up and aways is bloody great. I won a contest with this a couple of years ago all shot with the f450 and GP2.

Enjoy your stay here and keep us posted of your thoughts on which way you think you want to go, I am sure some one will try and change your mind.

Thank you Dave, the video is stunning, really nice. That is exactly what I want to do with the drone. I mounted the GoPro on my T-Rex 500 and it was OK, a bit of jello effect due to vibes but you can't beat a well equipped hexacopter and I think that's where I'm heading. DJI has some very nice promo combos that are reasonably priced and pretty complete. :nevreness:

Panos.
