Ground station issue

Okay, GS seems to be working well ie I am not having problem with getting it to start and to show Google Earth. The drivers are correctly installed for the receiver and I get the green link light on it to say that it is working correctly with the aircraft. I also have the correct COM port selected but I still have a greyed out connect button. Any ideas? Many thanks. Screenshot included. Im running Windows 8 via Parallels on my Mac if that helps.

Typical, I spent ages trying to troubleshoot this before I posted and now I have sussed it. In short, I uninstalled the Google Earth Plugin, turned off my internet connection and then re-installed the plugin direct from the CD. I then went into properties for the programme and set it to run as an administrator each time and it is this last step that has now enable me to connect. Looking forward to my next flights now!

GS installation is a nightmare, there must be one person as DJI who does nothing but helping customers to get it right...
