So these readytosky 1804 motors came in the mail today and it has a part that has the shaft u screw down and it has 4 holes that match up with the motor top and then theres 4 holes on the bottom of the motor 2 of which r spaced the same distance from each other but then the other 2 are spaced a little further apart however all 4 holes still match up to my holes in my arm but the two that are further apart r more near the ends of the holes. But there were only 6 screws all the same size included for each motor but doesnt it need 8? Also it included a disk that has a tiny hole in the center and just two holes 1 on each side kike the shift part. Do i have to put the disk under the shaft when i attach it cause if i dont the screws hit the windings

On the smaller motors you can get away with using just two motor mount screws. Lots of racers do that to save weight. So you should be OK
