Glitch with DJI Naza

Silly old fart
Hi All
I have been flying the DJI Naza on a "S-606 Quick foldable HexaCopter" bought from Infinity Hobby.
I thought to experiment a little and went out and bought some square tube aluminum and cut it into 350mm lengths. Then, using most of the S606 parts, I rebuilt it somewhat bigger. ( now 850mm between motor shafts ).
I remounted everything, almost identical to the original, but with bigger motors and escs:-

Turnigy AE-30A Brushless ESC
Turnigy D2836/8 1100KV Brushless Outrunner M
Turnigy 3s 5800 Mah LiPo
9 to 1 Power Distribution
and of course the DJI Naza with a Futaba 10CG Tx and R6108SB Rx.
I programmed all the escs individually using just the Rx & Tx (all ok)
I then reprogrammed the DJI Naza (all ok)
Then I connected up the system but when I go through the start sequence......
Motors 4 & 6 start up normally
Motors 3 & 5 only start at 50% throttle
Motors 1 & 2 do not start at all
I thought maybe escs faulty but I have repositioned them all into different locations (several times)
and still the outcome is the same.
Can anyone possibly help a confused old man?:dejection:
