Gimbal recommendations

I want to keep the budget around $350. I was looking at the zenmuse h4 3d or the much less expensive tarot t-2d. Using a gopro. Will I notice much more improvement from the zenmuse, along with the obviously the extra axis control, over the the 2D tarot?

Any other recommendations in that price range?

Tarot works very well if you set them up correctly. There are so many different Go Pro gimbals out there it can be hard to make a decision but if you go with what you know works due to the volume of people successfully using them you'll make a good choice.

You don't want to be spending weeks or months trying to get something previously unproven to function properly. In many cases some of those products have never worked properly, causing the user to buy a new gimbal. That instantly doubles the cost, or more, of the first gimbal. That road has been traveled by far too many people already. I think you rather be flying and filming instead of tinkering with nothing but hope you'll succeed.
