Futaba T8FG question

Just bought a second hand S800 that came with a Futaba T8FG. I have read the manual from cover to cover but can't find out how I can establish what functions have been allocated to all the switches. There must be a simple way of doing this, but I can't find it! Help!

VPP surely doesn't mean Variable Pitch Prop, does it? This thing doesn't have that!

It does mean variable pitch prop. Hopefully it's INH.
The menus are pretty terrible to access with those buttons on that radio.
