Hello again!
Just want to check wether my birds behaviour is normal...
It is a dual camera equipped Gaui 500XT with Naza GPS v1 on FW 3.12
I only get about 4-5 minutes of flight time before it goes into first warning (red flashes). About one minute later it descends. Resting at ground it immediately goes back to green light and if I like I can fly an extra minute or so. This voltage drop under load is bothering me...
I know that it is quite heavy (+2kg) but engines (Tiger) only runs moderately hot and I hover at about 40% throttle.
Since I have an Immersion OSD mounted I can monitor voltage when I get first warning and this seems to be around 11.1-11.2V. Strange since the Naza level is set to 10.7 if I remember correctly. Also - according to the OSD I have used only about 3000mAh out of the battery when it auto descends.
I use a Zippy flightmax 5800mAh 3s 40C battery.
Any suggestions what to do in order to improve duration? (I prefer not to go to 4s because of all onboard equipment running on 11.1v)
Regards!
