this was the last time i flew a hero2 on a disco, it was pre- protune firmware

Awesome, you do love that low fast flying though don't you lol... That was the Disco? Man that thing hauls...how fast were you going on HUD there? Any idea? I'm pumped to get my Eagle Tree OSD installed, maybe this weekend.

Wow! That's 1 mile per minute and you were definitely moving in one direction for a while. I'm estimating but this last weekend I took the hexacopter out about 1 mile and up about 1,000 feet with hardly any video problems at all, occasional static maybe from rotating the craft for example. I switched out my Yagi antenna for that patch antenna 8dbi I was telling you about and man did that make all the difference in the world. I also noticed that my omni whip antenna produces a lot of static and noise, I think it may be bad so I'm going to replace it with one of the stock whips and see if that improves it. My problem may have been antenna/s related the whole time. :) I felt like I could have gone another mile or two easy and I was doing probably around the same speed.

yep, we all did till you do something about it. theres a green silicone pad for $90 or the ear plugs, both do the same thing
