I'm new to this forum and drones in general.
I have just ordered one of these set ups and I am after some information.
Here in New Zealand it is illegal to import Lipo batteries. So we are forced to buy from National retailers. I am hoping to buy a bunch of batteries for the flying frog so I can have some solid flight time each outing.
Problem being, from what I can see, all of the batteries sold here have a different battery connector to the stock one on the frog.
As I said I am a noob, but i believe the connector is a micro losi? Is the micro losi different to the micro jst?
I am thinking to just swap over the connector to a more common connector (like a JST) on the frog and then buying bulk batteries with a JST.
ANY info on this matter would be much appreciated!!
