do led's use much of the battery?

Putting strip of led's on quad. How much battery power do they use? Is there a difference in flight times?

No. They are light weight and use very little power. I don't think you would notice any difference in flight time.

Working current of ONE metre of hobbyking high density LED strip is: 400mA

You wouldn't use one meter. Infact around 40 cm of the stuff would light any machine up real nice.
