Hello, I’m new to the drone world. Im looking for a decent drone for our volunteer fire department. We have roughly a $1,500-$2,000 budget. I’m contemplating between the DJI Phantom 4 or the Parot Thermal. The thermal part would be huge with parrot for our fire dept. biggest concern is how is it in high winds? Being in North Dakota and out on the open plains wind is always a factor. Main use would be for grass fires out in the open and looking for missing people. Is there a chance for thermal stuff down the line to add to the Phantom? Thanks in advance for the help!
