DJI NAZA info?

I am thinking of upgrading my GU 44 to a DJI Naza for FPV aerial video. I have been hunting around the internet but can't find that much information on some of the features:

What does it mean by "Autopilot"?
WHat does the "Auto Level Failsafe" do?
How does the "Low voltage protection" work?

These might be dumb questions but I can't seem to find any more information on these features.

Thanks!

"Autopilot" = mis-translated Chinese term for flight controller

"Auto level failsafe" = Autolevel mode will keep the quad level even if you don't know how to fly

"Low voltage protection" = a feature you can turn off but when activated it will flash the LED as a warning on first stage, and then when it hits the threshold for second level protection it will start lowering the throttle to let you know it's time to land. Should the pilot decide to ignore the warning and keep pushing the throttle up to continue flying and it will eventually fall out of the sky, protection mode or not.
