DJI F450 Motors Shut Off with Intelligent Mode Set

Finished the setup of the DJI F450 and when I start the motors they come on and then immediately shutoff unless I am above 5%. There is no 3 sec hold at all no matter what mode I am in. Any help with this would be appreciated....

Try it without intelligent mode. I finally gave up on it and went with the other selection (immediate mode I think) I found out I prefer the props to shut down right away when I pull the throttle back. That way if I crash the props stop right away. Just be sure to never pull back on the throttle when in flight.
