Charging two battery packs at same time

I have the Hyperion 1420i-Net3 charger and want to simultaneously charge two 3300 mAH 3S battery packs which I use in parallel for flying.
I assume these both can be charged simultaneouly but it seems I have to charge them in series as per the following:

But how do I tell the charger to monitor both balancer ports? (one per battery pack) or do I define the load as a single 6S 6600 maH battery?

I'm not familiar with your charger but I have parallel charged batteries before. Something to be careful about: You want the packs to be in relatively the same state of charge that you're charging (similar starting voltage). You'll also want to connect the main leads first, then the balance leads second. The reason for this is in case their is a bit of a voltage discrepancy, it will even out over the main leads and not the balance leads which can't take much amperage due to the small wires.
