Blade mQx -What a Hoot

I ordered a Blade mQx 2 months ago before I ever started my f550 build. Planned on using it as a trainer It was backordered and when I realized I would be flying my hexa before it ever got here, I cancelled the order. Well, it got shipped (and charged) to me anyway and I decided to keep it.

What a blast. Sitting here watching the Texas Rangers and bouncing that thing off the walls, the ceiling, even the ceiling fan. Just keeps on ticking.

More fun than the Rangers tonight anyway. Lost to Toronto and a walk off homer in the 10th.

It's hard to beat a Blade for value as a fun quad/trainer. Great minds think alike, Bison: we actually include them with our larger RTF models so that new customers can get a handle on the basics before putting a $10k-$20k hexa or octo in the air.

Pity about the Rangers, though. :dread:

Ken, you are killing me with the travel case for the mQx! That's awesome as hell!

Quick question about these things. If I got the bind and fly version, do you think I could bind it to my E-Flite MLP4DSM radio that came with the Blade MSR? The RTF radio looks exactly the same. I want to get one to keep around the office, but I don't want to have to bring in my DX6 just to fly it, and would rather not buy yet ANOTHER radio.

Thanks!

Mine came Spectrum ready so your DX6 should be OK - Not so Futaba I believe.
Sorry misread that, you dont want to use the DX6 if possible......
Cheers

I figured it out last night. The radio I was asking about is actually the same one the rtf comes with, so I'm sure it will work.

Thanks
