How reliable is runcam in respobding to questions.I made a purchase the other day but I didnt get any confirmation regarding the order and left amassage for them and still no reply.

I ordered the Sky model thinking they were in the us. With Las Vegas phone #. Silly me there in China 2 to 3 week wait. We will see if the camera stands up. They did respond to the email I sent asking why not 2 to 3 day shipping. Oh well.
