What is the absolute best 360 pan gimbal available? (I know this is up for debate.)

The best does not have 360 yaw, it is useless. a highly stabilised 15 deg is all you need.

I think that the yaw function of the model is adequate to ball park the camera heading and then a inner axis that moves about 15 degrees total is a more accurate solution that can integrate with the coming autonomous nose to the target functions.
