Attitude status bad!! 3 white flashes in all conditions!!

Hi from Mexico!!
I have two S800 with wookong same weight 6800g with gimbal!!
And one of them loose the altitude dramatically after 5 or 10 seconds flight.
in all conditions get 3 white flashes during flight and after landing.
No vibration!!
Since last Sunday I tried to contact support from DJI by mail and Facebook and nobody answer to me!!
what can I do??

Who is your DJI dealer?
What firmware is installed? MR (MultiRotor) behaviour could be a firmware issue.
Note that the MR LED colors will not appear correctly when viewed from steep angles..... a purple flashing LED may appear to be white from ground level depending on azimuth angle.

My dealer is Helidirect in USA
The LED flashing is completely white... 3 white flashes one Red in manual mode, 3 white flashes one Yellow in Atti. Mode, 3 white flashes one Purple in GPS Mode.
I switched the IMO unit from one S800 to other and the problem continues!!

I see you said no vibration. It is probably vibration though. I had white flashes. I tied down a few more cables and added some gyro tape under components and the flashes stopped. The Chinese forum said to ignore the flashes as they won't cause a crash. Vibration was the most obvious cause mentioned.
