Hi guys,
i have an apm on my quad, which works great in general (this is not my first multi or APM) and i have an issue with alt hold...
I have set my midpoint, hovers at mid stick, but all the time in alt hold or loiter it will ascend slowly or descend slowly until i make a correction. Not sure if the APM is fualty as i did not have this problem before on my previous quads. I did squeeze a bit of foam into the case, maybe too much? before i have had other issues with alt hold regarding pulsing etc, but never this problem. Other issues i have successfully tuned out, the apm is in a case, on a vibration mount, protected from sunlight.
If i send it up to 20M, then engage loiter or alt hold, it will either rise slowly or descend slowly, until i push the throttle out of the deadband. My pixhawk is just nailed on in alt hold and my previous APMs and crius have been ok.
Does anyone have any ideas??
Tim
