Anyone using Braincube LEDS and Controller

Looking for opinions on the Braincube LED's and Controller. Are you pleased with their performance?

Yup. Very bright, very hot and the controller is pretty big. Needs a channel on the Rx - bit annoying if you run static lights and don't need to switch stuff off and on. Also - while there are enough outputs, some will flash only.

They get very hot do they, maybe I should make up some heat sinks. You don't have to plug the controller into your r/x, I shall not as I don't want remote control, plus the less equipment plugged into my r/x the better. I'll just shove r/x (4v to 13v) voltage (regulator from power bus or separate battery) up the servo lead to power the controller and the bigger leads that power the LED's will go direct to my power bus which is 4s lipo - they are good for 6v to 42volts.

I do want the strobe effect.
