Another newb question !!!

Greetings all,

Please forgive yet another dumb question...

I have flown fixed wing aircraft and for the last 8 years have been into helis.

I am now jumping into a Flamewheel 450 to get my feet wet...

One question that is puzzling me concerns the Radio set-up. I note from the Wookong Instructions that the WKM brain takes over the function of the radio channels. When flying helis, I get all my axes finessed by adjusting end-points, servo travel and expo...I am sure you know the drill !! When setting up the WKM, if I put say, 20% expo into the elevator channel on the radio TX (as in the heli world), does this command get recognised by WKM or does all the axis control come from adjusting the WKM gains ??...the radio being ignored. Same question for end-point, servo travel etc.

Normal procedure is a Tx calibration when using the WKM Assistance software and then setting your gains in there (you can do it via bluetooth and your iphone/ipad/android if you have a BTU unit. A2 comes with one built in, IDK about WKM).

You can also adjust servo speed on your remote, for example, to make a slide switch move a gimbal quicker (or slower).
