360 Pan Issues

I'm having real trouble getting my AV130 360 pan to settle. I've stopped it from spinning by adjusting the sub trim, but every time I power back on it starts to spin and needs re-trimming. Is this usual or should it be consistent once it has been set?

Exactly the same problem for me. I'd be interested in any fixes.

Also having problems softening the movement when starting and stopping pan
